Gratitude Electric LLC is a licensed, bonded, and insured electrical contractor operating in Washington State under license #GRATIEL761C2, serving Benton City, Kennewick, Richland, West Richland, Pasco, Prosser, and Finley.

Estimates and service
- Submitting a form or contacting us is a request for service, not a binding agreement.
- Estimates are free on most jobs. If a diagnostic visit is required, we will tell you the cost before we come out.
- Estimates are based on the conditions visible at the time. If additional work or materials are needed, we will discuss it with you before proceeding.
- Scheduling is subject to availability. Emergency response times are not guaranteed.
- All work is performed to applicable code and permitted where required.
Payment
Payment terms are set out in the estimate or invoice for your job. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is due upon completion of work.
Communications and text messaging
By providing your phone number, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text, or email regarding your service request.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help.
We do not share your mobile number or SMS consent with third parties for marketing purposes. See our Privacy Policy.
Warranty
We stand behind our workmanship. Specific warranty terms for your job, including duration and coverage, are provided with your estimate or invoice. Manufacturer warranties on parts and equipment are provided by the manufacturer, not by us.

To the fullest extent permitted by Washington law, Gratitude Electric is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
